After a period of development and testing we have now launched our online club management portal.
This portal will allow your club, directly on the BMFA website at www.bmfa.org, to process club BMFA memberships, examiner and instructor ratifications and also confirm the membership status of members and check which achievement scheme certificates are held.
Membership payments to the BMFA can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by online card payment.
Clubs will also be able to edit the information that displays on the club map from the portal.
Clubs can nominate a maximum of two individuals to be "Online Club Admin" who will have access to the portal. To nominate the individuals to administer your club online please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the full name, BMFA numbers and email addresses of those you wish to nominate along with full club name and affiliated club number.
Please note nominations will only be accepted from the club secretary or chairman.
Details of how to register on the BMFA website to access the portal will then be emailed to the individuals.
We hope you will take advantage of this new service which should make the renewal process much simpler and quicker.
We would very much appreciate a speedy request for portal access so we can set this up for your club well in advance of 1st December.
