Fuselage molded in fiberglass with reinforcements, white gelcoat finish, retract gear with its doors, tailwheel, remote tow hook and controls installed.Rudder installed. Wing joiner tube and incidence pins in place, airframe geometry performed on jig at the factory. Elevator servo tray in place. Rudder control installed and connected to rudder control horn. Multi pin connectors inserted into wing route saddles. Quick-lock system for wings installed. Finished cabin glued on its fiberglass frame, upward hinging like the real one. Fiberglass pilot seat . Wings: foam core abachi sheeted and covered with Oracover®, reinforced with numerous fiberglass ties on the top and on the bottom under the wing skin. Speedbrakes installed. Ailerons and Flaps pin hinged, finished. Wing servo wells prepared. Wing servo cables routed and connected to multi-pin connectors. Wing joiner: carbon rod diameter 16mm. Removable horizontal empennage: foam core abachi sheeted and covered with Oracover®, finished. Rudder molded in fiberglass, red gelcoat finish. Decoration already applied at the factory.
