Applications are invited for the job of Team Manager for the 2027 F3A World Championship to be held in South Korea (at the FAI Drone Park in Seoul) from October 1–9, 2027.
Candidates should have a good understanding the FAI Sporting Code General Section and Class F3 (RC Aerobatics) Sections as well as some experience of international competitions.
The role of the Team Manager includes arranging international and local travel for team members and their equipment, organising any team uniform, accommodation and day-to-day management of the team during the event. Also, it will be necessary to coordinate arrangements with organisers before and during the contest and provide support and assistance to the team at the competition and practice sites, as well as submitting progress reports to the BMFA and UKF3A during the event.
Candidates must possess good organisational and interpersonal skills together with the ability to communicate well.
