<p>The GBR team of Duncan Osbourn, Alexander Hawtin, Dave Fisher and Aaron Cole took the Team Silver medal in the Senior Freestyle Helicopter class in Wloclawek, Poland at the FAI World Championships. Duncan & Alexander were in the top 10 finals – two team members in a finals is a first for any British team in any Radio Control class at this level of competition – and Aaron Cole, still only 16 years old, placed 11th and missed competing in the finals by one place! The team drew with Germany for the gold medal. A count-back to the best placed individual in the German and British teams put Britain in the silver medal position overall.</p>
<p>GBR took the gold medal at the 2016 European Championships and podium medals at two consecutive FAI Championships shows that Britain’s Freestyle Helicopter pilots are at the top of their game.</p>
